Colette “Coco” Milloy
A Hilton Village resident since 2009, Coco brings over 25 years of fine wine and dining expertise to the shop. Her passion for personalized service, deep knowledge of flavor profiles, and above-and-beyond approach to customer experiences set the tone for everything we do. Coco’s love for Hilton Village and its people inspires her dedication to creating a shop that feels like home.
Bob Evans
A Hilton Village community member for 27 years, Bob joined forces with Coco after retiring from the shipyard in May 2023. Recognizing a shared passion for wine and a desire to contribute to the community, they founded Hilton Wine Shop in March 2024. Bob’s local ties and enthusiasm for the neighborhood are integral to making the shop a welcoming, community-driven space.
Events & Community Connection
At the heart of Hilton Wine Shop is a commitment to building connections. Our shop has a standing-room capacity of 30-40 people, making it the perfect venue for intimate gatherings. We host a variety of events designed to bring people together, including:
